When selecting a Troop FPP Manager the Troop Leader should review the GSEOK Troop Fall Product Sale Manager Roles and Responsibilities Troop FPS Manager requirements: - be a registered Girl Scout for 2026-2027 - have a valid background check on file with Verified Volunteers - have the time to devote to the job from September - November - complete the on-line Fall Product Sale Troop Coordinator training Troop Leader Requirements: - be a registered Girl Scout for 2026-2027 - have a valid background check on file with Verified Volunteers - have signed a 2027 Troop Leader Agreement - have turned in the 2026 Troop Financial Reports for January and May

Sept 5 - 11 - Volunteers get M2 set up Sept 12 - Parents receive M2 login email to set up girl's site Sept 12 - 16 - Volunteers encourage girls to set up the M2 Site Sept 16 - Girls who launch their site by this date, earn the Kangaroo Keychain Sept 12 - Oct 5 - Girls take Girl-Delivered paper and online orders Sept 12 - Nov 1 - Online shipped order placed by customers Oct 3 - 6 - Leaders can enter girl paper orders for the parent Oct 5 - Parents input paper orders to M2 system Oct 6 - Troop Leader verify/enter paper orders input in M2. Oct 19- 26 - Troops pick-up items ordered Oct 25 - Nov 8 - Girls deliver in-person and Promise orders Nov 1 - Online Ordering ends! All emails must be sent by Nov. 1. Nov 2 - Troop Rewards entered in M2, by 11:59 pm Nov 9 - 12 - Deposit money into troop account Nov 12 - Submit ACH adjustment at gseok.org/achrequest if the troop doesn't have all the funds for the ACH. Nov 13 - Council ACH process begins Dec 1 - Unpaid Funds Forms, 306F due * Online "Girl Delivered" orders must be placed by October 9. * Online "Convenience" orders (mailed directly to the customer) can be placed up until the end of the sale on November 2.
