Once again girls can earn a special patch recognizing their
Fall Product Sale and Cookie Sale efforts! All a girl has to do is create their FPP avatar, send out 18+ emails, use the Share My Site function in M2, and sell $350+ in FPP. Then, during the Cookie Sale, they send out 18+ emails in Digital Cookie and sell 350+ boxes of cookies. It's that easy! Route 66 SU Cookie Program Files

Nov. 1 - 2025 Cookie Training is available on gsLearn Dec. 1 - eBudde is active Dec. 6 - In-person training (Troops will be notified) - HLC Room 1 Dec. 15 - Step 1 - CSA opt-out of rewards Dec. 15 - Step 2 - Initial Cookie order due in eBudde Dec. 15 - Step 3 - Troop Submits Initial Rewards order Dec. 15 - Troops turn in May- Nov Financial Report 2026 Jan. 2 - Parents/Troops receive Digital Order Card (DOC) email Parent must opt-in to receive emails from GSEOK in My GS Jan. 6 - Digital Cookie Opens Jan. 6 - Troops and Girls can set up their Digital Store for online orders Girl can begin taking paper orders Jan. 9 - Booth Sale site registration opens 7:00 pm Jan. 15 - Troop Sign-up for delivery pick-up slots opens 7:00 pm Jan. 24 - Route 66 Cookie Kick-off Rally - 2-4 pm Location TBD Jan. 26 - *Cookie Distribution to Troops Starts Jan. 31 - Cookie Distribution to Girls should be complete Direct girl selling begins as soon as girls receive cookies Feb 6 - All Troops should have cookies Feb. 13 - Start of troop booth sales Feb. 16 - Last day to return/exchange INITIAL ORDER full cases Feb. 16 - Notify [email protected] if insufficient funds for ACH Feb. 18 - First ACH debit - 1/2 money for cookies in the Initial Order Mar. 22 - Sale ENDS! Mar. 23 - Let Monique know about any Unpaid Funds forms Mar. 23 - All eBudde entries complete: Money, Cookies, Rewards Mar. 23 - All money deposited in troop account. Mar. 28 - Notify [email protected] if insufficient funds Mar. 30 - Final ACH debit - all remaining money owed to the council Apr. 15 - Unpaid Funds forms, original receipts, etc. due to council Apr. 30 - Last day to sell cookies May 1 - Cookie Programs Credit email to parents Cookie Warehouse - 1900 N Indianwood Ave, BA, OK
